Firehouse Subs

I would 1st like to say, I LOVE Firehouse. So. It was highly disappointing when I visited a location I had not been to before. It took 30 min to get 3 subs (2 engineers & 1 meatball). There were no customers waiting. The meatball fell apart. Too much sauce. Meat not good. Why ask if we want the pickle if you're not going to give it. Someone got there after us. Got their food before us. In essence. I'd recommend not visiting this location.

waited 30 minutes for a small sandwich and cup of soup, sandwich was good but the soup was ice cold. it literally had ice in it where it wasn't warmed up. of course I didn't know until I had already left the area. there is no phone number to this place on Google. i guess they do that so you can't complain.

Ok, so I’ll give 2 stars because the employees did try their best. But as I watched and waited for 40 minutes for one medium meatball, something became very clear…they were not skilled with crisis management. Employees became flustered and this unfortunately left me and other customers with sandwiches that were not Firehouse quality. Mine wasn’t even put in a bag for my to go order. This Firehouse location needs to go through some basics. Food prep, organization, work flow. Things go wrong all the time and employees have to be able to handle it better than they did on this day.

The entire order was incorrect. And having it changed was a difficult situation. So we just took what they made and ate it. Make sure you look at your ticket before you walk away and sit down. I ordered a turkey sandwich I got a turkey they charged me for the turkey bacon ranch and there was no bacon on it but it was ranch and it was nasty. My friend ordered a large sandwich and they gave him a large cup and a medium sandwich. They're not doing so well there.

55 mins is what I waited for a medium sandwich! They then proceeded to lie and say my order had been waiting on a rack to be picked up! Thankfully my dasher had proof that she waited over 30 mins for my order! Ridiculous! It’s one thing to be behind but to lie & try to blame an innocent person for your issue is uncalled for
