Wendy's

Order a large chili, baked potato, and small nuggets….. Got to my daughters home 5 minutes away and noticed that there was NO chili in the bag. Called Wendy’s immediately and they acted like I was lying about not receiving the chili. I am from NJ and Wendy’s in my State don’t act like that. The treatment was rude and horrible. Double check your bag before leaving the drive thru…..better yet take your time and check item for item Lesson learned…… My receipt shows that I paid for a large Chilli….yet no chili in bag Evelyn Pagan

Would rate a 0 if that were possible. This Wendys closes at 7pm every night, I'm sure they're short staffed as most places are, but that's just ridiculous. It's not like the staff that they do have are any good at their job either. They're rude, act like you're bothering them even though it's their job, and rarely get your food right, hot, or fresh. Not to mention you can show up there at random times during the day, just a week ago I went through the drive-thru at 5pm and someone came over the speaker and said they weren't open, and that wasn't the first time. If this wasn't the closest Wendy's to me I would go elsewhere but I'm to the point where I'll drive 5 more minutes to a store that is open with employees who actually do their job correctly without being rude. This Wendy's needs a complete new crew, starting with the manager, or you may as well just close it down. Sad too that the location is right by Concord Mills yet you can rarely even get there when they're open. Went tonight half an hour before they closed and they were out of chicken. I don't believe that at all, I just think they were lazy and about to close so they didn't wanna have to make anymore. One of the worse Wendy's I've ever been to. Go at your own risk.

I strongly recommend avoiding this location, But if you must go I have prepared a handy guide. 1) do not go when you are hungry. Rookie mistake. If you must then bring a snack, you're going to be in line a good while. Make sure you have gas or a decent charge. If you have children, well good luck. 2) Be prepared to compromise especially if the order is large, say more than two sandwiches. They will be out of something, just have an alternate and you'll be ok. 3) Now some good news, your food will not burn your mouth, I assume part of the wait is to let your food cool down. 4) If you do not check your order you are a special kind of stupid. If it is correct then immediately go buy a lottery ticket. Best of luck

The store has great customer service when their employees are in and the employees are very friendly. When I ordered online at night when it said they were supposed to be open, there wasn't a single person there and they were closed. The next day however they were kind and set things right for the order that was never prepared the night before since the place was vacant

i have never given a review in my life. that’s how awful this place is. me and my family came down here for great wolf lodge and stopped otw home for something to eat. in the drive thru they just shut the window after giving us half our food and didn’t respond so we pulled off. my boyfriend didn’t get his food so he went back inside and was ignored for ten minutes. the girl actually PUSHED HER FRIEND TO BLOCK HIM FROM LOOKING AT THEM. and they continued chatting. the employees. we got one straw for three drinks, and they had an awful attitude. i would give NO stars if i could.
