Long John Silver's

Tried this place for the first and last time today. The two piece fish meal came in a box about five times larger than the meal. The fish was very salty without much flavor. The fries were so hard and salty as to be inedible. There were no eating utensils in the bag. I always keep extra utensils in my car but this time I wish I hadn’t. Horrendous!

The store is poorly managed. The food was undercooked and very oily. We had nobody in front of us but it took 10 minutes to take our order. They wanted to close the doors for inside because they had 3 customers. They also got the order totally wrong. Worst experience ever. That will teach me to drive an hour and a half to get fish.

I've tried getting food from here twice and both times they're told me that the LJS part is closed. First time I understood because it was around 7pm, so that made sense. I tried today around 1pm and they told me again it was 'closed for the day'. Given the reviews maybe they did me a favor but pretty annoying overall, shut this place down if they don't want to operate.

Literally the worst place on earth, every single time. The only reason I don’t cuss them out completely right here is because I know this review will be taken down if I do. Several months ago my mom and I came here and purchased items from both Taco Bell and Long John Silver’s and NONE of the LJS even made it in the bag. Not a single item. Then we went again today and not only were charged for a water that nobody asked for and that we never got anyway, but when we asked for tartar sauce and vinegar, we were only given tartar sauce. The HUGE problem with this is that the dining room isn’t open so the only option to fix their colossal screw ups is waiting in the ridiculously long drive thru line again, which most people do not have time for. This establishment needs to get it together, BIG TIME. We will not be back, ever, and don’t recommend anyone waste their time with this COMPLETE bs. Completely and totally ridiculous.

Worst service ever! Employees using a porta potty outside, where are they washing their hands? Customers not allowed to use it. Forgot to put condiments,(ketchup, vinegar and napkins) in our bag so called the store to see if someone could come to the door to hand them to me, was told no, that they were training someone, that I had to go back through the drive thru which had 7 cars in line, (training bad service?) dinners would of all been cold, and Fish was extremely greasy. We'll never go back there!

Ordered 3 piece chicken meal with coleslaw and extra hushpuppies. Instead they tried giving me an extra drink, that they said they charged me for 3.00 bucks they needed to refund. After leaving I open my meal and it's 3 pieces of FISH not CHICKEN and no coleslaw (which I paid extra for) and 6 extra hushpuppies. Last time I'm going here, just isn't worth my time and money.
