Kfc

Online ordered a family burger box, and they messed it up on the pickup, wrong burgers and wrong twisters, no mash and gravy. So had to go back and get them to correct it (took 4 staff members to come and check the email receipt for the order to correct it), only to find a very shabbily wrapped (thrown together more likely) twister which literally fell apart the moment it was picked up with sauce everywhere. Oh and there was sauce literally on every wrapped item and outside the box itself on its base which meant our car seats were soiled too. And the dipping sauce that came with the box was MIA, they did give us two fries but honestly, based on how soggy and wilted and unseasoned they were not sure if can be counted as compensation. Would not recommend this outlet, go to Lidcombe, much better service and the food actually tastes like KFC there!!

I am not fussy at all and going through a fast food chain drive-thru, my expectations are incredibly low and yet KFC Concord still manages to disappoint me. Every single time I have ordered here, I have had to park and go back into the store as there is always at least 1 food item missing. The food is OK at least.

End December: i said "never again" but relented because my father wanted some. Absolute garbage. Battered skin really dry and falling off - this chicken was re-cooked, not fresh. End November: Hopeless and awful. Only been there 3 times and every time there has been a problem. Never again. Overcooked dry chicken or undercooked and too pink. And today I got home to find only 2 pieces of chicken when I ordered and paid for 4 pieces. Can't they even count?

Terribly disorganised and staff looks lost with no customer service. I am here on a monday, 3pm. Barely anyone. But still taken more than 20minutes to get my meal in person. After i got my meal, i didn't even get serviettes or cutlery with it and had to go back to ask. Imagine what happens when it does get busy. Do not know how this place can cope. Plus, chicken tenders I got is cold. Management at fault here and needs to do something.

Worst KFC I've ever been to. Teenagers that work there don't care and don't give the correct orders...unless their friends are there and they walk out from the counter to give them drinks. They handed the guy in front of us his meal and the bag just broke from the bottom as soon as he took it! Food wasn't even worth it and waited so long. Avoid this KFC!

This is our local KFC and there's usually always something wrong with our order. Today we went in store instead of drive thru for once and I think I realised why. The staff were all young. There is nothing wrong with that but they seemed to have no support from senior staff or a manager or owner??? Poor kids! Please do better KFC! Look after your staff! We ended up leaving without ordering as they were being smashed with orders.

Ordered a zinger box at the self service, wicked wings were out of stock so had to choose a drum stick instead. Inside the box however, the drum stick was missing, chips were served in a small bag instead of the regular one and there were no napkins and spoon.. I headed to the counter and the lady said 'I got charged for that' which was not true. Soon after the guy checked my box and got me a piece of chicken breast..

It’s Sunday 3.45pm only wanted chips and nuggets some staff member said they will open @4pm because there getting ready for tonite and cleaning. I asked again and 4pm then i was told 4.30pm. As i waiting there was no cleaning and staff where standing around and going to the toilet. Either they where suffering from a stomach bug or they must have been doing lines. Finally they opened what i witnessed was unorganised,dirty and unfriendly restaurant. I took myself and my health and left. Decided to have Frangos on majors bay rd concord instead. MANAGEMENT HANG YOUR HEADS IN SHAME.
