Tim Hortons

Worst place, team members are not trained or the supervisor is eating money and not provided training. they make me wait 10 min for just one hashbrown, as I have worked in tim hortons, i very well know how decontamination works, employee use same hand gloves for bacon, egg, sausage for making sandwich nd burgers, also she used same gloves for giving me hashbrown, I am vegetarian, they served me hashbrown with bacon oil, sauage blend. when I told them to not do like this and give me fresh one they were like calm down. Pathetic. Tim should reconsider supervisor or manager. Thanks.

New management? If so, they are cheating on their products. Their steeped tea tasted gross half coffee, half tea, at first I thought it was a mistake, drove 10 mins back, waited another 10 mins because “the tea is being brewed”, tea came out looking all foamy and watered down. It can’t be wrong both times…. Never ever coming back here again.

Aweful, if I could give a 0 I would, ended up going threw the drive thru twice just for them to still miss items, over charge me$5 and say they'll give me a donut(single plain donut) to make up for it because they didn't have what I ordered. I would normally never leave a review but I was that disappointed.

While waiting a very long time at the drive thru today, i watched several people walk up to the window, cutting in front of all waiting cars and get served. I called the location to find out why this was this was happening and was told"Head office said we had to since they are truckers". As you can clearly see in the phone, the lady pulling a suitcase is NOT a trucker and she was served. I have the greatest respect for truckers delivering our much needed goods and it's one thing to allow them this cutesy, but clearly anyone can walk up to the drive thru window at this location and cut the line ! Very rude on the part of the person who cut the line, but the staff should not be serving such people at the window !!!

A great location for Tim Hortons beside a Wendys they both share the building with each its own drive through, a big parking lot with spots on each side for cars so you can park next to the restaurant you want to visit, seating areas inside are quite different for Wendys has tables and booths Tim Hortons adopted a more relaxed seats next to a fire place or tall bar stools and some tables as well, staff are mostly friendly but known to make mistakes with the orders, some mornings the drive through is very busy.
