Subway

placed an online order today and when i got to the store, the lady said she didn't get the order and so my sandwiches weren't made. i told her that it's been paid for and i got order confirmation, she proceeded to help other customers instead of checking her systems. when i asked her again, she told me to call Subway and get a refund. i told her to check her system to find my order and of course it was there. what was suppose to be a quick 5 minute pick up turned out to be a 40 minute wait for my order because she decided to help everyone else who came in AFTER me. considering it was lunch hour in this busy area, i'm not sure why there was only one staff working. will drive further to avoid this location and their rude and unhelpful staff.

I do like going to Subway quite often the only problem was I think I went on BMT day where they give you these varieties of meats the needs were not very good quality there was a lot of fat in them.... MSG and all kinds of chemicals of course their salads are always fresh and delicious like their bread's but the meats were not good I should have picked the veggie salad Subway sandwich instead that they but I did not but I think if I did have been a lot better they have these specials on every day and not every day is the best day I prefer the chicken day and the tuna day those are my two favorite.

Drove a little more out of my way for lunch to this location since the other locations near me have not been good experiences. The customer service was very friendly. They used fresh ingredients and the quantity you got was actually worth it (the right portions for a good sub) Definitely worth the extra distance for a good lunch.

Great amazing place. My company we placed a order with Subway. Amarjit did a great job getting it together. The staff prepared everything that every one wanted. Food was delivered at 11am. As asked. Yes we are going to be ordering again. The sandwiches were fresh all the vegetables were fresh. Thank you for a amazing job. Every one was very happy with there lunch. Each sandwich was different each one in there own bag and tagged with there name. Thank you Amarjit and your staff . thank you for delivering the lunch. Eva

Staff was unfriendly and very unwelcoming, too focused on cleaning the floor even though we came in at only 7pm. I had to ask her if they were even open because no one was in there and she was cleaning. She seemed very grumpy and had no enthusiasm while serving us. No napkins were provided even though I ordered 2 foot long combos. I had to ask for them and wait for her to finish sweeping the floor before she could get it. When I went down to sit, she told us that we could not sit in the area that she was cleaning. No wonder there were no customers in there. The tables all had posters which advertised a $10 coupon off of Winterfest Wonderland admission on your receipt. She had no idea what it was about and had to call someone else to explain it for her. According to her, only “lucky” winners could get that coupon. Even though the promotion banner did not specify that. It was very misleading and should not be placed on all of the tables if it does not clearly specify the details. She did not even bother saying goodbye or thank you when we left. A very miserable person, in general, hope that she’s okay. This used to be my favourite location but now I won’t be coming back!
