I have no complaints. Been coming here a while now and love the atmosphere and service. Its always quick and easy, in and out with what I need. Of course, every now and then some jack*ss(the guy beneath me) comes in and doesnt know how to read and is happy to complain about anything and everything, but those people are usually shrugged off as you cant please everyone. No matter how up/down your mood is, when you come in and be respectful, you get results. ✌

I purchased a Vision Spinner 2 from your Conway store. The button sticks. I brought it back the next business day. Joe at the counter refused to honor an exchange because I did not have a receipt. I was not told at the time of purchase that I would need a receipt for any warranty issues. Joe remembers me, he remembers taking my money but he said it would cost him personally to do the exchange (out of his own pocket). The device I was sold has a button that stuck the first time I used it and it continues to stick every few times I try to use it. It seems this store would rather send me out with a fire hazard and maintain that liability rather than solve the issue amicably. I would not recommend shopping here and would suggest you go to their competitors Vape City. Never had a problem there. This was my first and last time shopping here. Notice the return policy posted says nothing about requiring a receipt.

I am new to vaping and went to buy my first replacement coil. I was not informed I had to prime my coils. I severely burned my throat making it hard to talk and swallow. Thankfully Vape City across the street helped me. Maybe their employees should be more focused on helping customers and not talking on the phone. Asked to speak to the manager and was told he wouldn’t be in for several days. They took my number and never returned my call. I will never return there I gave them a chance to make it right.

My husband bought a vape the 20th he spent 40$ within two hours it was leaking everywhere. He took the vape back and they told him the coil wasnt on good and put it on for him. By the time he got home it was leaking again everywhere. He took it back again with receipt in hand and they refused to replace it or even address it, despite the fact the receipt said you could return it within 14 days. If you are going to buy one take the extra time and go to drippers in greenbrier where they back up what they sell and make it right if it goes wrong no questions asked. They are also willing to spend the time to help you fix any problem you have. Dont waste your time with vapor world the employees are rude and they dont back their products or receipts.

They don’t were masks here so they are most likely giving people COVID-19. I try paying for my order which was pods that were 14$ and some change after tax. I hand the lady a 20$ she doesn’t know what to do. I need exact change the lady states. So you don’t take 20s$? I just told them to keep the silver just give me the bills back. Wow?! Like I’m so confused. I’m just like wow. I just let them keep the silver just to prevent any confusion on adding and subtracting on their part lol WOW! Don’t know how to go to a bank to get change? Unprofessional and learning disabilities these guys can’t run a cash register to save their life. Besides all that they don’t were masks and they don’t have hand sanitizer. If you want COVID-19 walk in this vape store. And if you want a good laugh watch how they work that register lol!
