Taco Bell

I go here all the time and would have rated 5 stars before. But tonight, I had a very gross experience. The food was presented nicely, they had nice and polite workers, quick service... the only issue is that while I'm eating my burrito... I feel something in my mouth... I pull out a hair that was mangled up in my food. I'm a ginger... and what I pulled out of my mouth was very dark hair, almost black...certainly is not mine. I felt sick. Please do better taco bell. That's not sanitary. I love your food and want to come back but... I'm done for awhile after that. Yuck 🤮

Taste like they serve the same food all day. Don’t go there unless you got a very tough stomach. Lady in the window has zero respect for their elders. I hate complaining but both Taco Bell’s in Conway are quickly going down hill. Maybe it’s time to look for new management and/or crew. I hate saying it but my wife was right to tell me to make the drive to greenbrier much friendlier and hotter food.

Granted it was a Saturday night and was busy but we spent 25 minutes in the drive threw to spend $30 on food that was not fit for man or beast. Chalupa was rock hard and my half a dozen tacos had virtually no meat in them.I was so upset that I called the manager the following day and was told there was nothing she could do about my experience. I will NEVER go to this location again

Thursday afternoon June 30. I waited 10 minutes to place my order. I would have left except for the car who was waiting in front of me and the car behind me. Cashier at window needed an attitude check. She tried to give me an order that wasn't mine. She said she only took the money knew nothing about my order. Time to do business on Prince Street Taco Bell.

Me and some friends went to this Taco Bell last night around 2am and ordered online, when we got there they had very poor customer service and we had 5 chicken chipotle melts 7 tacos and 3 nacho cheese fries and it was all cold, all the tacos barely had any meet on them and they were REALLY GREESY. So we went back to see if they would make our food fresh and they gave us 2 Doritos locos and still didn’t put any meet on them, we called them 10 or 15 times before one guy answered the phone and then it turned into the guy getting an attitude with him telling us that if we want to come back then there will be people waiting on us. After that I don’t know if I want to go back to oak street Taco Bell, I’d much rather go to McDonald’s!
