Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

There aren't many restaurants I can say I often eat at in chains of 3 days in a row, but this is one of them. Not only do I love Dairy Queen, but my biased opinion about this branch is because it's so close to work and my residence. The food I've gotten here is always hot and delicious. The employees are very generous and helpful. It always feels like they give me more than I pay for. I also really appreciate DQ for offering a $7 meal with a perfect mix of fries, chicken, ice cream, and a drink.

I went through the drive thru and placed my order and informed I was military for the discount, once at the window when ready to pay I again showed my ID and reminded them I was military, when they rang up my order no discount was given to me. When I asked a manager was the one that took my order and she said she couldn't give me the discount at this time it was too late. I informed her I had reminded them twice before they rang me up and she said sorry can't do anything about it now. I let her know I wanted my 10% discount and she said no its just 5%, and still said to late can't do anything about it. When I got home I checked the internet and it is 10% discount. I know it isn't a lot of money however the fact that they just dismissed me and didn't care was rude. Next visit to dairy queen we received our 10% discount but our blizzards were filled an inch below the top of the cup. Dairy queen is only hurting themselves, they need to get a handle on their employees.

My father is a hardworking man, after a hot day he went to this place to try it out and buy an ice cream, he was in line but the guy working in the front kept ignoring him and let the other people pass, he was the only Latino there and my father left disappointed since they ignored him not wanting to serve him. He saw as one by one pass and he was never given a chance to order.

The food was fine but the cashier was more interested in having a conversation over his head set about vaping then paying attention to what I was ordering... he got my order wrong and then I corrected him and he re wrung the order charged me I ordered a triple a1 combo with a side or curds and when I got my order there was no frys I asked where they were and he said that's what I ordered... then I had to pay again to get the rest of my order ..... not good customer service at all
