Jimmy John's

Loved the creative name for each sandwich on the menu. Ordered two Italian Night Clubs with all of the toppings and Jimmy's mustard (had flavorful crunchy mustard seeds). The veggies were super fresh and crunchy, the bread was tender and fragrant. Cookies were sweet and vinegar chips were appropriately tangy. Staff service was speedy and full of life! Location was extremely clean, including the bathrooms.

Place is already going down hill. There was a time when deliveries weren't an issue to where i work because its a mere 2 miles from the location in question. Now it seems for no apparent reason it is. I've ordered for delivery at this location multiple times in the past and suddenly they can't drive 2 miles down the road to deliver to a sandwich. If you don't want my business fine. Be that way. Update: Spoke to the manager and got deliveries to resume at my job site. Turns out employees haven't quite mastered google maps.

The employees are the RUDEST people ever! The blonde headed chick is the worst of them all! She doesnt know how to smile and has the worst customer service, yet she is the assistant manager! I will never recommend this place to anyone simply bc of poor mangement and the lack of customer service. They rush you when you order and make you feel stupid when you ask questions! When I asked for corporate number I was told that they did not have to give it to me and to google it if I wanted it bad enough! The whole crew needs to be fired and they need people in who knows how to treat a customer with respect.

This was by far the BEST SANDWHICH I have eaten in a very long time! My first visit here but wont be my last I promise!! Customer service was very friendly and quick to serve! I wish they had of had a comment card or online survey to rate because I would have taken the time to give them a 5 STARS MOST DEFINATELY!!
