Burger King

I love Burger King!! In my honest opinion, Burger King has the best variety and best tasting fast food to be found. They also have the best prices you’ll find. When I’m in the mood for a great sandwich and fries, but don’t have a ton of money to spare, I won’t hesitate to drive 20 into Conway AR to purchase a 2 for $6 couple of sandwiches and some fries at Burger King. I bet you want some right now! I know I do!

I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here. I’ve been probably 4 times. This time they were closed even though they were inside and able to tell people trying to go through the drive through they were closed through the speaker. It was 40 minutes before closing. Last time they took over an hour and I left before getting food in the drive though. Time before that went normal. Lastly the first time coming to this location it took almost 10 minutes to order once getting to the speaker in the drive through.

I rarely give fast food places a one-star because i've worked in food and understand the struggle, but the experience i just had at this burger king was awful. I went in to pick up a mobile order, and two of my items were missing. So I politely told the lady working to which she chuckled and said sorry and then walked away- there was no refund given. The food itself was okay, but the unfriendliness of the employees was horrible. To make matters worse, while I was patiently waiting on my order, a man (who clearly was special needs) entered the store to apply for a job there, & the employees rolled their eyes and laughed at him. It broke my heart. Will not be returning

it took them 20 minutes to take my order (no line whatsoever other than a car in the drive thru) and even longer to hand it out, all because they were talking about some drama within the store. i literally watched my order get made and then sit on the counter just because they wanted to continue talking. i work in fast food as well so i get occasional conversation, but seriously? despite going an hour before work, i was STILL late because of the service. dont get me started on how disgusting the back of the store was.

During lunch time hour on a Wednesday everyone sat in drive thur for minimum 30 minutes. I'm totally disgusted with this Burger King. The employees?? VERY unprofessional. I've only lived in Conway for 3 days and the reviews DID NOT LIE. I drove off, not wanting to get caught up in them getting my money and then me still having to wait to get to the Food Window.

Three weeks ago, my family and I went to this Burger King and were told their computers were down when we tried ordering through the drive-thru. Today we went to the same Burger King and was told their computers are down, again. I don't know how a business can afford to pay overhead and employees when their computers are down constantly; therefore, losing money instead of making it. It really is a shame because we live right down the road from this location.
