I've gone to Starbucks for years. I'll now go to Einstein Brothers instead.
They serve better coffee that's also cheaper. The food is exceptional and the service is fantastic.

Staff was mean and bullied me. They point out my physical flaw/handicap and won’t stop pointing it out in front of my friends. I was humiliated. Even after leaving the counter, the staff went out of their way and followed me out of the store to continue bullying me. Will never do business with them ever again.

Bagels are very hard to bite into. As if stale. Don’t bother!

First time here. Everything is pre-made, heated in a microwave and either under heated or overheated and gets hard by the time you can eat it. 2 coffees, a bagel and a burrito was 22.50$ and it was basically leftovers microwaved. Seriously disappointed, won't be back.
