Domino's Pizza

Put in a mobile order to be picked up at 6:15PM. I showed up around 6:00PM and saw my name on the order board through the window. At exactly 6:15PM I saw my order was ready so I headed inside to pick it up. Once I got inside I realized that my order was submitted in the middle of the bulk of their orders because I saw the order board go full with a few pages of orders. When I came in they asked my name and I told them. They went to look for it and after a while wasn't able to find it. Brendan helped to look up my order in the system, track it, and requested his fellow team for a remake. The remake was dropped in the oven and while I waited Brendan was very helpful and friendly to everyone else as they came through. I used to work at Papa John's and I've seen slow days as well as very busy days. Domino's was very busy today but Brendan helped to make sure I got my order. Even though I had to wait a while before getting my order I appreciate you making sure my order got to me. Thanks Brendan!

I work at a hotel and refer guests to dominos all the time, been collecting free pizza reward cards for a free pizza and when I finally have enough to redeem them I call and the lady was so rude telling me they don't do that anymore. So they can't honor what's already been given??? Bad service. Won't be referring then anymore...

When I first ordered here, a year or so ago, the service was average and it was delivered with fine quality. Lately, I have honestly seen better quality food and also very kind staff. I think that is amazing given the current conditions and knowing how people treat me at work as well right now. Today, I was placing my order online and decided to call the store before doing so. A really nice man answered the phone and helped me with my questions, even suggested other menu options for what I was looking for, I believe his name was Thomas (sorry if its not). They always deliver with kindness and minding all the non-contact rules. Even though they are wearing masks, you can hear sincerity in their voices and kindness in their presence. I know the food business is tough, standing between someone and their food isn't easy and I applaud you all. Thank you for always providing delicious food and not judging when I don't always order pizza, lol. I hope you all know that to some people you "just" provide food but to a lot more people you provide a sense of ease knowing the meal coming will be delicious. Thank you

Waited 40 minutes for my online order, decided to call (because I waited 15 minutes after it had said my order was under review from out of the oven) the man I talked with on the phone said my order had just been taken out of the oven and the only delivery driver wouldn't be there for another 10-15 minutes. I asked if I could drive up to the store since it's only 3 miles from my house and pay/pick-up in person, once my arrival I was informed my order was not even prepared let alone in the over or being reviewed. This is the worst service I've had in a very long time!!

My thin pizza didn’t come out with double cheese and I had to call and let them know. I was still waiting in the parking lot and Eddie the new manager came out and said he wanted to look at the pizza for a learning opportunity, which I thought was awesome! He agreed that it did not have enough cheese on it and that it was maybe extra cheese but not double cheese. He said he would be working with his employees on getting that right since this isn’t the first time we’ve had this issue. He was super friendly and let us even keep the pizza that wasn’t cooked correctly. Very satisfied with how the situation was handled.

Very easy ordering online as always. This was my first time picking up from this location. I had a very nice welcome from several of the employees which was so nice. One lady was like “are you Arlo”? And I said “yes I am”. That part of the service right there made me feel very good and I’ll be happy to send more customers your way just based on your friendliness. Pizza was really good. Spot on. The only reason for 4 stars is the cheesy breadsticks we ordered were not the best. Could have been less greasy and they weren’t exactly “fresh” tasting. Almost like they sat for a while under a heat lamp. Overall, it was great and we will return again.
