Absolutely horrible service!!!! I ordered an Asiago Homestyle chicken sandwich and this is what they gave me. The chicken from the cheap chicken jr sandwiches that so old and dry I'm not even going to attempt to eat it. My husband ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich meal and it was so dry he almost choked on it. After a 15 minute wait in drive thru I expect to have fresh hot food not the old cold mess that we received!!!!!

Explain to me why I sit in the drive threw every time for 20 minutes before I’m even to speaker explain to me why when I get to the window to get my order there is a employee drink with straw in it sitting by the window they been drinking explain to me why in the kitchen above the toppings for the burgers there is a drink as well, explain to me why the girl working the window is standing over fries eating or the other girl was bent over the counter in lobby employee eating!!! Come on guys really need to get better this place is always always bad for this! And always excuses I see no getting better

Check your order before paying, cashier told me he was trained to up charge people without asking first, said he was the wrong person to ask even though he hit the buttons. So you get medium side and large drink every time you order a combo, makes sense “honey”. Manager was uneducated and rude, kept calling me “honey”, place is run by children. Food was ok but service and professionalism was lacking at this location. Just eat at home.

We got in line around 8:45 p.m. and didn't get out until right at 9:30 p.m. 5-11-22. That doesn't even Begin to cover the issues. My wife ordered her meal with no tomatoes, guess what was on it. I ordered my meal without bacon....guess what was on there. Fries And both meals were Cold and it only took us 5 minutes to get home....we weren't even using the a/c in the car either. Tea tastes old. I have no idea as of yet if my wife was even able to choke down her food as she had to go to work and eat on the way but I know I Couldn't get past 2 bites. 0 out of 10....would not recommend a nighttime visit.

Worst meal I have ever gotten from a Wendy's. Manger was making my food and couldn't even get it right, and the dining room was extremely nasty. This took place on 1st shift. I even told them they need to have someone come out and clean the dining room. No one seemed to care. I will not be back. If I could give 0 stats I would.

There were only two employees working so they were backed up and likely stressed out. The gentleman at the drive thru window was less than polite but that could be a result of the reduced staffing. Overall, my family was not impressed with the visit. Dine in and curbside pickup were not available due to reduced staffing.

Whether you're looking for a job here or lunch, avoid this place like the plague. Manager's husband is a crew member who I've seen get away with cussing at minors, preparing orders with dirty bare-hands, and even harassing customers. First and only job I've quit in a week because of how terrible management is and how nasty the food prep is.
