Food was excellent, as always with Grill'd. Well cooked Garden Goodness burger and chips was made with love with right amount of herbs on the top. Friendly staff with quick service. Need bit frequent cleaning as due to covid, bread crumbs was everywhere.

Was here (Thursday June 9) at lunch time on the recommendation of my niece. I ordered 2 Simon Say's burgers which my father and I enjoyed very much. Can I just offer a huge shout out to the understaffed team. I felt really sorry for the wonderful lady at front of store as she took orders, cleared tables and taking meals to customers. She continually offered her apologies to customers for the delay but I noted everyone was being really supportive of this lady and understood the situation. Top marks to her.

A very busy, popular burger outlet in a good position on the Marine Parade. Their burgers are really good, well made and presented. The young people serving are also good at their jobs, friendly and do their best to get your food to you as quickly as possible even when it's busy.

I will NEVER eat here again. I love grilld so much and I am a weekly customer but after seeing the way the OWNER spoke to the staff I will never return. One of the girls made a small mistake and he had a go at her in front of all the customers. I can only imagine how he speaks to them while they aren’t there. Will never return so disappointed from a long term customer

Ok, I know this is a chain but the grilld in Coolangatta taste better!!!! I had them all around Gold Coast, but Coolangatta is the BEST!
The burgers are always Perfectly made and it taste amazing! I always come here on my weekend and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

We ordered from cooly grilld today at 1pm, the lady serving us- reddish hair and a green bandana was an absolute pleasure. she was an absolute delight. had the most beautiful smile and energy and made our whole ordering experience and time there wonderful!!

Good atmosphere it was Cooly rocks ,the service was good but I didn't think the sweet potato chips were that good & im not overly wrapped in there burgers but staff were good

Great location to chill and have a burger. Certainly one of the better chain restaurants, with a delicious selection of burgers, drinks and other treats. Outdoor seating is great for sitting in the sun grabbing some of the rays and Cooly vibes. 🤙
