Chocolate Fashion

Five stars are not enough to review today's wonderful breakfast experience we had at chocolate fashion in Coral Gables...the decor of this small but very elegant place is splendid, all Paris and I adore Paris. They also have outdoor seating. As we walked in, the waitress asked us where do we want to seat and she made sure we were happy with our table and Oh Boy we were!! We had coffee late and for breakfast; eggs Benedict, French toast and smoked egg Benedict. Right with the coffee they brought us toasted bread made by them with butter and then we got the food. The eggs were cooked perfectly and they came with a tomatoes that it gave the eggs and the muffin the extra touch. My daughter's French toast were fluffy and with the right amount of sugar, they came with strawberries and the were very fresh. In the middle of the breakfast the manager came to talk with us and she explained in that everything we were eating they make, they have three restaurants and their owner ( from Paris ) likes to make sure their customers are satisfied with their food. She was so nice and at the end after my sister chose the cake for her birthday, the staff along with manager came to our table to sing happy birthday to my sister. The service from the begining to the end was wonderful and I will definitely go back to try lunch and wine ;-) Merci Chocolate Fashion!
