Tgi Fridays

Decent experience. Food was prepared well, very tasty and served in a timely fashion. Had a few drinks from the all day happy hour menu, they were tasty but not very strong (which was expected). Not bad overall. You really know what you are getting when you go to a chain restaurant. Can't complain about much, but there was nothing that "wowed me" which would have probably given it a 5 star rating.

We went during a time that didn't have a ton of traffic, so table service was fast. My one warning is that if you have a large group (>10), expect to wait a long time unless the place is empty. Food was great like always. Friday's is sort of like a hybrid between Chile's and Longhorn, it has pretty high end food while maintaining the laid back "sports bar" asthetic. I thoroughly enjoy eating here and got the bacon cheeseburger.

First time here and this will literally be the only location I come to for now on. I’m here at the bar with my brother and everything is precisely to the Fridays tradition. Everyone is nice, it’s clean, the drinks and food are on point. Thank you guys kindly for keeping one of my favorite childhood places I frequent visit up to par. See you again soon.

Good food, great service, absolutely one of my favorite restaurants. We are from California and most of the TGIF’s are closed up and out of business. Unfortunately they did not make it through the COVID 19 pandemic. The whisky glaze ribs is really good and so is the chicken. If your in the area I recommend you stop in and check this place out.

Horrible Service and Awful food. I went to this TGI Fridays on March 4, 2022 at 10 pm, the music was so loud I could not hear the person I was having dinner with. I suppose that could be overlooked since it is next to the University of Miami. When the appetizer arrived we asked for a sauce, 15 minutes later I had to go to the back of the restaurant and ask for someone to get it for me because my server was nowhere to be found. We ordered 2 full racks of ribs for dinner, they were inedible hard and dry, we did not bother to send them back. When our server brought the ribs we asked for refills on the soda, eventually we had to ask another server to get them for us because again our server was nowhere to be found. When they finally brought it the soda was bitter. I spoke with the manager to inform her of the customer service and she didn't seem to care. She brought us some more soda and excused herself saying it was because it was late, they are opened till 12. The entirety of my bill was $69.08 and I gave a $100.00 bill, my server asked if I needed change... Regardless I gave her a $12.00 tip, but could not believe the odasidy.

Several months ago, they switched from the usual Friday's pop/rock selection to rap. Back when they played classic rock, I would find excuses to eat there. Not anymore. I only went this time because the group I was with insisted. Of course they regretted their choice once they realized it was going to be like sitting in the 'hood for two hours. The food is Friday's usual, but the rap "music" is like nails on a chalkboard. I won't be going back.
