Panera Bread

No one was around when we walked in. The place appeared closed at 8pm. We ordered from the Kiosk and it took awhile to see anyone at the front. The air was not working and restroom was like an oven. They did have potable air conditioners that did keep the place cool if you were near them but the filters had baked on dust in the front, which was unappetizing. I've never seen a Panera like this. However the food was great. Hopefully the air is fixed soon.

Panera used to be a reliable restaurant. Unfortunately, not anymore!!! I placed an order today at 10:30 AM for a business lunch. Food was needed at 12:15 PM. Driver from Door Dash told me the order, if lucky, will be ready at 1:45 PM. Panera manager told him directly "they were super busy"!!!! I called the store immediately. They put me on hold, disconnected the call and never answered the phone again. Unbelievable! If Panera has no capability to deliver their orders, then they should not take the orders from the beginning. I will never, ever order catering from again. And please, do not blame COVID19, supply chain, or else!

Worst customer service I’ve had in a Panera. Manager doesn’t even look at you when you are trying to get his attention to a problem when your order is incorrect. Why do people have to treat others as if they are better than them, why are you being rude to customers at YOUR job, if you are unhappy, leave and stop giving bad customer service for no reason.

Onion soup came without the cheese and the croutons, and arrived cold. I used to order this soup all the time and this time doesn’t tasted as usually. Mango smoothie came like a juice and not like a smoothie. The quality of the food has deteriorated a lot. I won’t recommend this Panera at Miracle Mile for sure

I don't ever write reviews for places but this was just so beyond terrible. I ordered on GrubHub and it took over an hour to get here. You would've thought they were hand making everything, but when I open my sandwich the contents were terribly portioned and it looked like it was slapped on. I was so upset because I was really hungry and craving Panera, but it was probably one of the worst meals I've ever had.

Probably one of the worst lunches I have ever had. I have enjoyed Panera for many years in many different states and this one fell short of Panera quality. I got the turkey bacon avocado sandwich which had 1 PIECE of bacon split between both halves of it, they were out of the artisan bread it usually comes on and substituted a tasteless hard crusted bread. They were out of greens so I opted for arugula instead and indicated I wanted a light amount. There was more arugula on the sandwich than anything else. They forgot the mayo completely and the avocado was only a very small sliver that was smashed on one side of the sandwich only. Coral Way Panera is a bad choice.
