I was super looking forward to trying this place, but after my first visit I can only wish for improvement. The service was super lacking, more interested to chat with coworkers in the back room than to my order… Once I paid for my order it took 30 min to get a salmon toast even tho there were NO customers besides me. After I asked about my order the cashier stopped chatting with her 2 coworkers in the back and informed me they had burned my bread but working on a new order… once I got my toast the salmon was brown in multiple spots and the onions so big for the dish. I just moved to the neighborhood and really wanted to make this spot my second house, but unfortunately will have to look for a different business to spend my money. Sad, there is So much potential for better service and dish presentation!

We ordered the oatmeal, chia pudding and coffee with oat milk. The coffee and chia pudding was 5 stars. Best coffee I had in a while and very unexpected. The oatmeal was very compact in texture for my taste and not very flavour full. The over all rate falls due to all plastic waste. We didn’t order take out and the full order came in disposable packaging in a paper bag. I wish this will change in the US from an environmental perspective.

The food is good. However, the service is unfortunately sometimes unfriendly and subpar. I went Saturday morning Feb 12. The manager/(owner?) was friendly and took my order. I spent about $80 for several people, and the food arrived timely and was fresh and good. So far so good. I have a very young son who is a picky eater, and he wanted some plain turkey. They have oven roasted turkey as one of the optional items on their menu to add to their wraps. I asked one of the girls who works at the counter if I could purchase a side of turkey for my son. She interrupted me and said, "no, we cannot do that," and was just, in general, very rude with her attitude. It is fine if they do not want to sell turkey, but at least be polite about it. She seems to not understand that she works in the hospitality industry, and the customers who pay her paycheck are paying for a good dining experience, not for a bunch of rudeness. Although initially, I was excited about the place, and recommended to a few folks. I think in the future, I will steer clear and tell others to do the same.

Great place for smoothies and pre-pressed juices. I have ordered strawberry dragong smoothie and fresh squeezed OJ and they were so refreshing. The place clean and organized, the menu has a lot of varieties from healthy options to build your own sandwiches and bowls. Varieties of smoothies as well. The place is located in a a nice area in coral gables and they do offer sitting for inside and outside area.

Been twice and both times I was displeased with service. First time my order was taken without any warning that they will be closed soon so I was asked to leave the restaurant and I was not even allowed to sit at the tables on the street. Next time I went there to have a take away sandwich I waited for 35 minutes before reminding them about my order, to find out it was ready and sitting there who knows how long, it was forgotten. This place needs good management. Food is good.

Let me begin with this. I enjoy green life very much. But what I experienced today 04/10 was just deplorable. I walked in and there was a gentleman doing something. I walked up to the counter where I waited for some time. As I waited all I heard were three voices laughing it up in the side room. Myself and two others were waiting while they were cracking jokes in the back. Not sure what they were doing, but out of three people someone could have checked in the front. Surely one of them is a shift manager (a poor one at that). I’m not one to complain, but this really spoiled my day as I was in a time constraint. I probably won’t be coming back to green life for a while and rather go to smoothie king, although there smoothies are less healthy I know I will always get enough service to order my beverage and leave right after (couldn’t even do that at green life). Just awful customer service for the staff of 04/10

Are there new owners? I can’t remember the last time I ordered and my food was ready for pickup. They consistently get orders wrong, and take at least 30 minutes for a simple açaí bowl. I notice that the staff is super young and always on their phones laughing. They’re quick to take orders but take forever to have them made. This never happens at the Brickell location.
