Casa Mofongo Latin Grill Miami

The only reason Im giving a 4 star rating and not a 5 is because the hidden mandatory 18% tip that you dont see anywhere! Not on the menu, not online... My experience was great, food was great, big portions and great flavours. Service was good too. Just remember the 18% on top of some already expensive food 😅😁. Drinks were around 18 dollars.

Visiting Miami for the first time and someone highly recommended this restaurant. Puerto Rican cuisine. Staffed by mostly/all Cuban (it’s Miami!) Beautiful decor. All staff was friendly, especially our server Maura. SHE IS AMAZING!!!! We were a party of 8. She took our order by memory. That always makes me nervous 😖 as many try but very few get it right. She rocked it!! She remembered our entire order correctly AND who each dish belonged to. She was patient with extra requests with an unwavering and honest smile on her face. Everything was DELICIOUS!!! Although we were stuffed we really wanted to try the Tres Leches dessert there and didn’t regret it. It was the best! Definitely a MUST TRY when in Miami. Thank you for the excellent service!

Super great service, amazing Puerta Rican food, everything was super delicious. Very clean, all employees were so ver attentive. Parking is little a bit of a small issue. But we were beyond blessed to get a special parking across the street, thank you to the employee of Mofongo that allows to park there.

I had rewrite this review because I am inlove with this place! The food is hands down incredible. I ordered a canoa to start out and it was everything I expected with a little mayo ketchup. I then had the mofongo de churrasco en crema de ajillo with arroz con gandule and let me tell you this is the best mofongo i’ve ever had, I am obsessed! Really wish they had a location in nyc. Kenny G gave us the best service, very attentive and always asking if we needed anything. This place makes you feel a little closer to home if you miss PR. Definitely recommend if you’re in Miami.
