The food is always prepared quickly (through my experience w/ ordering over the phone!), there's great deals (especially for daily specials), and the staff is very nice. You get what you pay for, but I can always rely on Emily's to have my food ready quickly :-)

Extremely disgusted in their customer service. I ordered a wrap sandwich and was delivered an untoasted bread sandwich. When I called regarding their error, they responded with a simple there's no wrap. So instead of callling back to inform a cutomer they're not getting what they want, they send what THEY want. I wasn't even offered another option or solution. Customer service is NOT offered by them either! I'm sure that they do not even care to lose another customer.

What can you expect when you're ordering lunch at 12p in the gables, people are in a rush trying to get your order and move on so you can get your food fast. I give them 5 stars because the food is 99.9% always delicious, always hot, cheap, and always fast. Your spending $7.99 on a lunch combo, half a sandwich, soup or salad, chips AND a soda. Lets be real you can't ask for perfection. The food is good take what get.

I love their soups! Best chicken homemade style soups in town. Their breakfast is very good also for the price. Great customer service and prices with Emily's.
