My side salad was terible ( they made that **** there and no croutons) i had to go to winn dixie and get me croutons . nuggets tasted like cardboard they always are out of something terrible bk they should shut it down and send employees to other stores if they actually want their job. Also the soap in the bathroom was watered the **** down what kind of ^*** is that.

Walked in to get a milkshake. Black lady with the weave so extremely rude. She was preparing an Uber eats order which was fine but she did not acknowledge my partner and I. We stood there for about 5 mins before my partner walked up to the counter saying that we were ready to order. She mumbled something and went back to preparing the UE order. When she finished, she silently walked to the register and stared at us. Like, okay? My partner asked for a medium milkshake but before he could even finish his sentence, she rudely cut him off saying “no milkshakes”. Okay fine. We ordered something else and a little food. She prepped and when she finished she literally threw our bag on the counter and looked as us as if we’re supposed to know. She gave us our icee which was barely filled to the line. Before she walked off my partner asked for sauce. She said nothing, grabbed it and tossed them in the bag. She was miserable. And we knew she hated her job. Ma’am, word of advice, if you hate your job then quit. Find something else to do. We’ve done nothing but be nice to you. You’re working with the public — at a fast food restaurant at that. Have a better attitude. I could give zero stars if I could. I will NOT be coming back here ever again.

This particular location is highly unusual. They will NOT accept any of the App offers even though I show it is their location noted on the app. The manager says they do not participate with the app. I don't know if they are allowed to do that. On several occasions I ordered a whopper and they either said they had no buns or had no meat. Sometimes the slushie machine works and sometimes it doesn't. I would love to know how to contact corporate to see if they are allowed to refuse app offers/orders. Something new at this spot. I went thru the drive thru around 5pm. There was a sign that said "no cash". And then I waited and waited. I honked the horn, and said hello, hello. Finally somebody came out the back door of the restaurant and said we are closed. I'm like it's 5 p.m.. she said we don't have any staff so we're closing early. What the heck.
