Carvel Ice Cream

If it wasn't for my craving of a strawberry milkshake I would have left the second I walked through the door. The shake was good and the single present employee was nice but the place was disgusting on the inside. It looked like it was violating health and building codes. I really wouldn't have been surprised if I found a roach or something in my shake.

I went to buy a birthday cake for my daughter. The guy takes my order but in a sloppy fashion writes Happy Birthday and my daughters name. Then he lets someone else go ahead of me who’s card is not working. He has a very dirty appearance. He wears a white shirt that yellowing in the armpit area sloppy hair with beads of sweat on his brow and was wearing A dirty mask. Please remind me not to come here ever again.

This is my first time here in Miami, Florida. Here these past few days, I've been craving dairy and smoothies. A friend that i met here told me he knew of a really food ice cream joint and brought me to this place tonight and it is absolutely amazing. I will most definitely be coming back my next visit and most definitely bringing my child here as well for a sweet treat. Thank you for you sweet and respectful customer service.

Unfortunately I didnt get to take a photo. Floor throughout facility was filthy. My husband nicely informed the store clerk of the dirt and tissue in the floor as she was finishing up our order. Seemingly she ignored his statement and he asked if she heard him. She stated, "I heard you", and proceeded to give us our change. No noticeable concern. We have been coming here off and on for 2 years with the facility looking worse. Nice people,but poor upkeep. We can't continue to come here.
