Domino's Pizza

This Domino’s on Ponce De Leon, Coral Gables. Are always so efficient, food is delicious and always have coupons you can use and you can accrue points and get free pizzas! Yum! I have spoken to a few representatives and always have been very helpful and nice. Thank you. Will continue to do business with Domino’s for years to come. :)

This location has some issues ( To say the least! ) The website says carry out orders are brought to your car. That’s a complete lie. When you ask the employees they look at you like a deer in the headlights. Not to mention i had a free pizza that I earned through the app and I was told it had to be delivered. And that a delivery charge would be added to my “Free Pizza”. When I informed them I was outside of the location, I was told “Store is closed!”. Even though their was almost 40 minutes til closing. I was told over the phone “I could cancel because they hadn’t even made the Pizza”. So not only did I not get a “Free Pizza” they took my credit for it. The app shows as if I paid cash for “Tax” and received my pizza. I did not! This place is the nearest location to me so I don’t have many choices. This area is like a food desert and a costumer service wasteland. Whoever is reading this just know you get what you pay for. Barely edible Pizza ( No napkins, paper plates or even a bag to carry your Soda). Enjoy!

Spent 40 dollars on pizza for it to get here A HOUR LATER; recieved COLD, HARD, DRY pizza that looked as if it were yesterdays left over pizza from a childs birthday party! called the manager and he offered a free pizza code for another day when I ordered 5 THINGS. Coral gables location, let that sink in.. What a joke. Not ordering here again.
