On 05/26/21, I went to this building for a dental appointment. I was given a parking text message by the attendant & advised that to check with the dental office if they validate it. Upon leaving my Endodontist office, they validated ticket and showed me on the app that it was fully paid. Upon leaving the attendant claimed only $4 of the total $18 fee was paid and said I needed to pay the balance. When I called my dental office the next day, they said that should not happen & they would investigate. Somethings not right and I’m sure others are getting ripped off also. Use street parking if available.
