They keep phone disconnected, admittedly. Let's start with that. All those ads about 'Hands free delivery', just pull up, they'll bring it out, ALL a lie. They'll say "system is down", yet not a phone rings in the store b/c they said it''s disconnected. I ordered online, got a text and another when it was ready for p/u. I chose car side, description of car, everything needed. I get there and wait and wait. Tried calling several times, no answer. Flagged down a driver going in, "I'm only a driver", Finally, put on a mask and went in with mud on my shirt from yard work. Yeah, it's been done for 1/2 hour. Got home with cold pizza. In fairness, they offered me a refund but I was too embarrassed to stay any longer. Had I known I HAD to go in, I would NEVER have ordered.

this is the WORST Dominos ever. I placed an order and have been waiting for almost 2 hours for my pizza. I've tried calling multiple times to not avail. My tracking for my pizza has been stuck at preparing for over an HOUR. This is seriously absurd and ridiculous
