this is THE BEST for truly healthy food and the tastes are unique, rich, flavorful and has a totally homemade feel to it, like your mama did it herself. (of course, if your mama is/was a good cook).and it is all gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, all organic and the beef is grass fed and the fish is wild as opposed to farm raised. add to this very decent price, good atmosphere and incredible service. you'll love it. i am so glad i discovered it!

This place is amazing. If you are looking to live a healthy diet and still enjoy the flavor of good tasting food this is definitely the spot. Very economical for a place that lives up to its name. For those of you that like to bulk they have all your needs as well from high protein and good carbs dishes to whey protein shakes and you can even make your own. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

I have been coming to this restaurant for the past couple of months for lunch and breakfast, and every time it gets better and better. The food is fresh and organic, not to mention very tasty. The people working there are great, always going the extra mile to serve you better. The best part (I just found out) is that they also deliver!!! Best food! Definitely recommend!!!

This place doesn't deserve any rating at all!!! Today 6/19/17 my Colleagues and I went to eat lunch as we usually do at Freshealthy (we are regular customers) and one of my colleagues asked for salt. Apparently they forgot so she stood up and went to the cashier to ask for salt. The owner Davide Castellano told her "Do you want more? " and she told him I'm just want some salt. The cashier took the salt to the table and then he came with a paper cup filled with meat sauce and placed it in front of another colleagues plate. My friend told him we didn't ask for sauce we asked for salt and he looked at her straight to her face with mean eyes and told her I'm not talking to you I'm talking to him. How disrespectful, how dare he talk to a woman this way and with no motivation at all. She then tried to explain to him the confusion but he was enraged. He told her what was her problem in a very threatening and repugnant way. He stood in front of her like to wanting confrontation with her. I was sitting next to her I and I feared for our safety as women. It seemed he doesn't like women talking back at him. He asked her what was her problem and she said "Do I have a problem? She asked him to please let her eat her meal at peace but he wouldn't move. He continued looking at her with evil eyes and told her that he wished that was her last meal there. She got up and stated that all of that wasn't worth it and she left the place. The rest of us left too. I personally felt offended, threatened and offended by this person. I cannot believe people like this can maintain a restaurant/Café in our City. I wish no one has to go through what I went through with this person. Evidently he has some issues!!! I feel sorry for his staff which is wonderful. S.A. Now David's Castellano is commenting that it was a staging!!!! Don't make me laugh sir. Like I take my hour of lunch to stage a huge problem and leave without eating. There was no kindness in you and we have witnesses who saw everything. I'm sure that if your family and your friends see what you did they would be very ashamed of you!!!!!!!
