Single handedly the WORST maccas ive ever come across. Terrible, 4 weeks in a row of bad mcdonalds here has left me so frustrated I've decided a negative review is warranted. 2 double big macs and 2 kids happy meals 2 fantastic and 2 coke. We got. 2 cold big Mac meals, 1 had bacon in it that was cold. The kids meals were OK, the chips were cold. The drinks were all coke. We seen the order was wrong. The female customer service rep was beyond rude. I have never had such cold and "attitude' towards customers. I'm right, what I paid for is not what you gave me and your rep was rude and refused even tho I had a receipt. Your staff need more training in how to prepare meals and how to talk to customers. I will never ever come here again.

Last few visits have been very disappointing. Quality of food is abysmal,a trained monkey would do a better job at preparing food items. There's always a long wait. I've had enough. Definitely not going back. Would rather drive to Donnybrook hungry jacks just up the road where I know I'll get superior quality and better value.

Poor form! Went in for two chocolate Sundays and waited 20 minutes. Then to receive them with barely any chocolate fudge in them. Asked for two new ones and again waited for 5 minutes. In the interim, I noticed staff throwing burgers that unwrapped themselves. Complete disregard for customer orders. No discipline or words of advise from management. As advised, poor form that warrants a review!

I'll look at this place again in a few months. A bit too sloppy in my opinion. Serviette with every order a must. Wrapping burgers properly a must. Fries in packaging not to be thrown in bag. Try not filling up drinks in cups to the brim as no one wants stickiness in their cars. Get orders right an listen to customer feedback.

Online orders through the app are a nightmare. I was asked to go through the drive through a second time coz the order did not appear on their screen. This is after me confirming the online code twice in the drive through. I showed them the order details and the pick up location but I was simply asked to go through the drive through again. The staff could have asked me to stop at the waiting bay and resolved the issue but choose to make me go through the drive through again. Complete lack of customer service.

Worst Maccas to deal with. The staff don’t listen in drive through, they talk over the top of you before you’ve even finished ordering which means you have to repeat your order because they didn’t hear it. Then they stuff your order up anyway. Absolutely useless people working here. I’m sure they all suffer from blood clots to the brain which is preventing them from functioning.
