Frankie's Pizza Cranbourne

First time and LAST time we will order from this Pizza shop. Apart from the food was not even near hot they overcharged each item to around $4:00 each, (3 items in total). When I rang to query they advised that prices were going up around these figures & that their web site is not yet updated......well don’t charge it until it’s updated & if you are, then advise the customer. Portions were extremely small, (pizza size was as expected). My advice, check what your paying for compared to what you are getting if you order from Frankie’s Pizza. Silly me was trusting and my mistake!

We love frankies gourmet pizzas. The best pizzas we’ve had in a long time. We’ve ordered from them numerous times and used them for big parties. But today we spoke to a very rude lady going on and on about how she will honour the incorrect price on menu log but the quality and quantity of the gourmet pizza will not be the same!!! We come to frankies time and time again because of your quality and quantity. Like WTH how is the incorrect price on menu log our fault??!! We hate rude customer service especially when the customer is not at fault. This is not how I would treat loyal customers. We will be spending our money somewhere else from now on.

Disgusting service by whom i assume is the owner. They had sent us "fresh" garlic bread that has a nice amount of mould growing on this. When I called them to ask them to send me a new one, their response was if their driver has time to do this. At no point was there even an apology for the poor quality food provided. The excuse for the mould was that they dont check the bread before they cook it. Interesting answer. After numerous great transactions with this place it is disgusting to see that the slightest issue causes them to throw up their hands and only provide a solution if it is suitable to them. Terrible, terrible service

My family went into this pizza place wanting to support a local businesses rather then a big brand name. Sat down with my family to be told what I ordered was not more then the minimum amount for dine in. I asked where does this state it on the menu or anywhere near the counter. The owner said it is not written anywhere, it is an expectation. I explained to her some people go out as a treat and are unaware of certain "expectations" customers are suppose to know. If it was written somewhere customers would be more excepting of the extra charges. The ignorance of the owner to not understand the different needs of the diversity of people who dine out was nothing like I have ever experienced before. We ended up eating at a big brand pizza place, where they only charged us what was written on the menu. We will not be returning to Frankie's Pizza in Cranbourne ever again.

I went in to pick up my phone order without even asking my name this lady starts shouting at me saying it had only been 6 minutes since I called. It had been 20 but after she continued to argue with me about the time she finally asked me for my name. It wasn't my order she was yelling at me about. Without an apologie she comes back to tell me no such order was ever placed and she didn't have my food again instead of fixing the situation she got cross that I was a little upset my order was not placed at all, I explained I'll show her that I called the right number and it was her that stuffed up and she just walked off on me. Since this shop has changed owners it has been nothing but rude service and average food. Will not be going back again.
