Pretty poor attitude from the manager, was patronising and rude when i said no bacon as i don’t eat meat and he kept repeating “but there is egg” and i kept saying that is ok, i eat eggs just not meat The brekkie burgers were tasteless, no seasoning on them and no salt and pepper available on the tables. They also did not put BBQ sauce on the burgers, and the staff would avoid eye contact when i tried to get their attention to fix the burgers. $30 on some average burgers, and poor customer service, better off going to maccas for $10 Edit: in response to the reply, i just questioned if it was able to be subbed, when they said no i was fine and payed the extra. However the photo i provided does not show BBQ sauce, as there was none on the burger.

Inexperienced staff more interested in finishing up for the day then offering good service. A coffee shop that although was still open for another hour couldn't serve me coffee because according to them they had closed the machine. I simply suggested they reopen it. With a look of shock I was told oh no we can't do that we have cleaned it. If you are in the centre and would prefer service with a smile from someone who wants to be there and a better coffee just go 20 meters further down and order your brew from Jamaca Blue. They were more then happy to invite me in for a coffee and muffin.

This business does not even deserve 1 star!! It needs to shut down ASAP! I don’t know how it’s still running? This incident happened on Thursday 17th February 2022, in the evening after 5pm. I am from Western Suburbs and I had come down to have a relaxed evening with family. The staff (male) was so rude and arrogant! He has no social skills let alone being able to interact with customers! He took our order and we couldn’t understand what he was saying! He literally yelled while repeating himself, and we felt uncomfortable. If your short staffed and have issues, it’s not our problem! You need to sort out your business and how to deal with customers! If you can’t handle customer service then you need to look at other careers and the business will be better without you!! This staff member needs to be retrained on customer service, social skills, how to use tone of voice and how to run a business. It’s very unprofessional and was not a Pleasant experience. We will not come back here!

Very overpriced unfortunately but l do like the food and service. The ladies are always nice and polite. Also they need to swap out those stupid teapots. Everytime you lift the lid it falls completely off onto the table. Also need to remove the mesh tea strainer from in the pot as its useless as they use tea bags anyway. Doesn't make sense. Just put the teabag in the pot, no strainer and serve it like that. Then the customer doesn't need to juggle the lid and strainer to get the bag in.
