Had a meatball sub. Was very good and was ready for pickup in the time they stated. However, it was ready much earlier than they stated. They said 20 mins so i got there in 15 mins just in case and it was already sitting on the counter when I got there so by the time I got home it was already cold. It tasted good but it was cold. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

If you bought a Local Flavor voucher and have not redeemed it yet (because the place was closed for a while) be careful and email Local Flavor to get your money back. Today I ordered a pizza and when I went to pick it up the owner refused to honor the voucher saying they are new owners and it doesn’t apply. Finally, he told me (in a very condescending manner) that he was going to make an exception and honor the voucher for this time only. He said it as if he was doing me a big favor. I did not like his attitude. So I left. I used to buy pizza on occasion from this place before it closed and reopened. But never again under this new management.

Disappointed b/c of the handling of the pricing. I drive past this establishment every day so we decided to give it a try to support our local small businesses. We reviewed their menu online to decide what to order. When you click on page 1 of their online menu, they have their own restaurant coupons listed so I figured I would use one. The coupons do not say they must be printed in order to use. I ordered 2 x veal parm dinners (online menu says $20 each) plus a side salad $1.95 and mentioned the coupon. I placed the order for pick up. When i arrived to pick-up and pay, the lady behind the counter ringing me up said i can't use the coupon b/c I have to print it out (although it doesn't say that anywhere on the coupon or website and they didn't mention it on the phone; plus I'm curious, what's the difference? isn't the goal to acquire new customers?). If they don't want to honor their own coupons, then I would suggest they remove them from their website. Second, the total price of my order (without the coupon) should have been $41.95 plus 6.625% tax=$44.73, however they charged me $47.63. I didn't attempt to ask for a refund; it's not about the money; it's the principle. We prefer to give our money to honest businesses.

I just wanted to post a review on here and say how amazing this place has been to us throughout the years!!! We order from here all the time for our office and they are always delightful to work with, professional, and always show up on time as scheduled. Not to mention the pizza is absolutely delicious!!! And today specifically, I placed a large pizza order and totally forgot I wanted to add a salad to my order. When I called back, the gentlemen was so kind and said not worry about the additional cost for the salad and I couldn't be more grateful for his generosity!!!
