Girl messed up my order twice and overcharged me. The ice cream I wanted melted as a result. Don’t think I’ll go back again.

Ice cream is good but not the service . The lady there couldn’t let me have the free ice cream in a cup . I have an allergy . I was willing to pay $1. I’ll go elsewhere.

This place is amazing. The lines may be long but they are worth it! Plenty of options to choose from and amazing and friendly staff!

This is my favorite DQ, period. The only thing is that it doesn’t have online ordering, which kinda sucks…

Very good ,but some personal a rud, like the morning manager, and some reps make you wait ,when there is few people in the place.

I was there recently and enjoy Dairy Queen.
I would suggest putting up some signage up that says order at this window and pick up at the next window. How are customers gonna know not to order in the pick up window like a gentleman and his 2 little daughters were in the pick up line waiting patiently to order ice cream and then some young lady opens the window and screams out this is the pick up window. How was he supposed to know. No Signs. Hopefully next time I’m there this will be fixed so customers can enjoy Dairy Queen ice cream with no issues on ordering.
