Nando's Crawley

Food was well cooked and tasty. Would have got 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact it took an age to select through the app only to be told we needed to order at the til!!! Not sure if this was a fault with the app or the restaurant though but not great customer experience as it is meant to expedite the ordering process! As an aside, we no longer order the salad as the portions are tiny, not a lot of variety in the salad and the prices have changed from a few years back!

Standard Nandos. Fantastic food if you like chicken... that's kind of the point. That said, they do have some vegetarian options which I've been told are very good. Marked down on service as you can't book in advance and we had to wait 25 mins to be seated (7pm on a Friday - not surprising but still a little annoying). Marked down on atmosphere as it was just so busy in there (good place to go with some friends, maybe less good to take your family or have a date?). And lost a point on food as they had run out of the custard dessert things - I was looking forward to trying them!

Staff are very friendly, asked for some more mayo and we received a whole plate full of little tubs. The food was delicious too, love the limited time garlic BBQ flavour, just like the mango one, I'll miss it when it's gone! We also rocked up on Monday afternoon and there were plenty of tables available, inside and out. Would definitely go again, especially before heading back to Gatwick airport.

Fantastic customer service, friendly fast and efficient team. The grill chef cooked our chicken to perfection. It was so moist and cooked with care. The chicken rules at Crawley nandos, our sides of peri salted chips, spicy rice and coleslaw were fresh and tasty . I haven't been to nandos Crawley for over 3 year's and it's far better than before, awesome dining experience 😀

My experience here was out of this world. Firstly, the host and the waiter, Micaela, who helped us was very good and talented. A great fit to this job. She was there quickly with our food and didnt hesitate if we asked any questions. She made the experience of eating at Nandos so amazing! Thankyou Micaela!

Absolutely amazing service, especially from the amazing waiter who served our table, called Micaela (Gonzales, I believe). She was such a great waiter, always attentive and ready to serve. The food was delicious and it was especially aided by the waiter, as she made sure to fulfill my vegetarian request. Really made a great impression to my visit to Nandos Crawley.
