Mcdonald's

We ordered breakfast from the app. The driver did not delivered, he phoned us saying the coffee damaged the food, so delivery was cancelled. We phoned the restaurant and talked to the manager who asked us the details of the order. We had a feeling the driver took the order at home, as the Manager confirmed the drinks are wrapped in a separate bag. I want to mention the outstanding service provided by the Manager who promptly understood wath happened and went extra miles to get us the delivery as soon as possible. Thank you, we phoned the restaurant to find out the name of the Manager, but they were busy and no one picked up the phone. Thanks again for the great service. Sharon.

Just had breakfast here with my little boy and he accidently spilt his orange juice everywhere. I didn't get the lady's name but she was so kind and helpful. She got my little boy another orange juice and replaced my McMuffin which got covered, without hesitation. Really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness whilst I sat there with OJ all over me! Thank you 😊. Sometimes it isn't about the food but the staff employed.

I am so intrigued as to how to rate it. The reason being how crowded it is. It is a carnage where you order your food. Or at least this is what I experienced every time I've been there, but I am not going too often. But I can see that the staff are doing their best to do things as fast as possible and also keep their lovely smiles and trying to be as nice as possible. The food is good, varied at an incredible price.
