Uma experiência. Menu degustação com pratos cheios de sabores regionais, simples e complexos ao mesmo tempo. Cada prato uma obra de arte. A harmonização com os vinhos emoldura a experiência. O ambiente é pequeno e reservado, mas suficiente para deixar todos a vontade sem ficar apertado ou invasivo. O atendimento é gentil e profissional. Como bônus, temos a vista da cozinha a partir das mesas, onde se vê cada prato sendo preparado. O valor é bastante alto, mas é ímpar tal qual a experiência gastronômica que se encontra ali dentro.

Beautiful place, decorated with art that gives a Brazilian feel to the place. The food was incredible, every dish with such detail and combination of flavours. We loved the fact the menu was dominated by vegetables and fish. Only one slight negative was the jus that came with the lamb made the dish too salty, I left that aside and the rest of the dish was excellent. The cauliflower dish was such a surprise and probably the best of the menu, I can see why the guests don’t want to see that dish leave the menu 😃. The most interesting dish was the final dessert with ice cream and passion fruit, the sauce was made with priprioca, I’ve never seen or tried this and it was an explosion of complex flavours that we’ll never forget! Wine pairings were almost perfect and we found 2/3 wines that we enjoyed so much we’ll try to find those to buy at home. The use of local produce was a big reason we were interested in the menu and it didn’t fail to impress, many local wines and the majority of the dishes were created with Paranaense ingredients. The chef and the staff should be proud of what they have created here and we recommend this for anyone looking for a unique experience. We will come back!

Eu amei, atendimento sensacional, o menu degustação dá uma experiência única pelos seguintes motivos: - sabores únicos dos 12 pratos + sobremesa - o valor altíssimo, no meu caso foram dois menus degustação, com harmonização não alcoólica e uma taça de boas vindas(apesar da convenção seria legal informar que é cobrado, só é informado no menu, depois que aceitamos a taça de boas vindas), mais taxa de serviço Valor final +/- R$1.800,00 Contra que me impediu de ter uma experiência completa: Confesso que a harmonização não alcoólica é desagradável, servem apenas kombuchas artesanais que me "empapuçaram", cá entre nós, r$250,00 para beber kombuchas eu achei too much, até meio ofensivo. Deveriam fazer harmonização com suco ou algo assim. A experiência gastronômica se sobressai. Preparem seus bolsos e curtam!
