Excellent sandwich hands down. Great place for Italian meats and cheeses. The only place I have found salsicia condita. My mouth started watering the minute I walked in the door. Reminds me of Sicilian markets I am accustomed to. A gem of a spot for authentic Italian foods. Also there is a very good wine selection.

They have everything from delicious frozen pizzas to Italian Chicago Beefs We have been coming here for years and have always left with a smile. The deli guys are very professional and will help you with anything you need. They also have some of the finest wines you can't find anyplace else. The Italian sodas are very good too! Sometimes it is hard to find good parking.

Jimmy’s is the greatest little Italian grocery store! This shop has an Italian deli, meat market, produce, and every type of pasta and olive oil your heart desires! You can get a sandwich made on the spot or grab some of their homemade frozen food to take home and throw in the oven. Seriously, I wish I lived closer to this place. It is the perfect neighborhood market. I will be back! Highly recommend. Must love all things Italy.

Jimmy's food store is a treasure trove of tasty Italian delights. Like housemade Italian sausage that is hands down the best in the entire metroplex and quite possibly the universe! The moment you enter this charming store, you are greeted by friendly faces and the heavenly aroma of Mama's meatballs simmering in sauce accompanied by the magical hiss of an espresso machine... espresso shots are only a dollar! Farmer's market fresh produce... dozens and dozens of assorted perfect pastas, sauces, olive oils. A deli with excellent quality meats and cheeses.Their delicious Italian parmesan reggiano is only $9.99 a lb!! Fantastic meat market with excellent steaks! They have an amazing array of freshly made sandwiches that are simple out of this world and worth any wait...worth the wait, repeat after me! Plus an outstanding selection of vinos, vinos, vinos from all over Italy. They offer wine tastings as well. I must confess their Italian sausage is my secret ingredient for my famous pasta sauce...now it can be yours as well.

Went there because of a recommendation from my friend who knows I love cooking Italian dishes! Was told to get their Italian spicy sausage that did not disappoint as well as some of their subs (I took a bite just to make sure it was delicious and appropriate for its rating - overall 5). Really come here if you want authentic Italian ingredients at pretty good prices!

I feel robbed. I spent 34 years in this town and have never been in to Jimmys until today. What a place!! I was able to pick up a bunch of essentials I needed for home pizza endeavors. I also walked out with a HUGE Italian stallion sandwich that is insanely good. Fresh bread and filled with delicious hot peppers and assorted Italian meats. Oooo lawd it’s so good I got the meat sweats writing this. 9.6/10

I’m surprised I haven’t reviewed this place years ago. The best and most genuine Italian supermarket in Dallas! Staff is very accommodating. Jimmy’s has a top notch sandwich section in the back where you can order a sub and wait 10-15 for the best darn Italian beef you’ve ever had the good fortune to consume. They have non pork options which I appreciate so very much. I encourage everyone who’s a fan of not only Italian but good clean food to swing by to JIMMY’S! You won’t be disgruntled! I also had a chicken parm sandwich. Both my sandwiches had pickled veggies and hot peppers on the sub I HIGHLY motivate to get a side of hot au jus gravy for dipping and hell even drinking as you finish your food. Reasonable prices. They are known for their groceries!!! Any thing you need to craft an authentic Italian dish is here. Mild or hot, meat and bread, lastly never forget the beverage!

Fantastic Italian grocery and deli. Fresh produce, pasta, olive oils, wine, etc. Deli counter with ALL the meats and cheeses. The guy in front of me ordered two pounds of mortadela, and I watched as they heaped it onto the scale, piles and piles of awesomeness. There are tons of great cheeses, too, including smoked mozzarella... my wife's favorite. We ordered an Italian Stallion sandwich and it did not disappoint. Bread was fresh and crunchy, and it was stuffed with fresh meats, cheese, tomatoes, etc. Plan to bump elbows with the locals as you wind your way through the aisles, it's a pretty tight fit. Can't wait to get home and dig in!!

Excellent selection from the assortment of fresh deli items-which includes olives, cheeses, italian sausages, and assorted meats. Cold or hot meat sandwiches made to your order. Nice cooler select of beverages. Dynamite wine selection. Superb ready made, take home meals from lasagna to ravioli to pizzas.
