Very good Mexican food. Tortillas made fresh all day. Many options to choose from. I had the Tulum while my colleague gets his favorite, the Coronado. Standard Mexican feel for a chain restaurant. The fresh tortillas being made in the restaurant was different and refreshing. Made the traditional way, no. But something you don't see too often. Try them out to make your own decision.

Britney is the best manager and has incredible customer service. We were an unexpected big party for the night and understood the surprise to the staff. Britney however handled the situation very well and took care of our family and other incoming customers. Food and service was great, thank you Britney.

Visiting here from GA to play at the 2023 Pickleball Nationals and Carlos from the Farmers Brach visitors bereua recommended this place. We sat the bar, and was served by Milton and Alexandria. Outstanding teamwork from those 2! Plus, we tried their recommendations, and it was all super delicious! The queso appetizer was my fave. The coconut icecream was super yums. The way they all helped us with the food and how to eat it the way locals did was great. The cleanliness of the restaurant was great, and the thoroughness of how they cleaned our table in between courses was exemplary. Great team, great leadership. We also had the opportunity to talk to Keith, the gen mgr, and he was appreciative and helped me feel better about being comfortable as a military veteran.

Delicious food and wonderful staff!!! Visited this location at recommendation of a visitor center service (Farmers Branch) and it did not disappoint!! On a Saturday night the restaurant was quite full with a 15-20 minute wait but we got seated at the bar right away. I had low expectations of bar service in a big place like this but Milton and Alexandra blew jt out of the water!!! Not only did they give great food recommendations, but they also worked so well as a team to take care of us. We never sensed any competition of lack of communication between them...they were a team. Milton and Alexandria brought our food promptly and the serving sizes were plentiful. They cleared our plates and refilled our drinks before we even knew we needed it. We asked to see their manager, Keith, to tell him how great Milton and Alexandria are as well as the food. Would recommend the quest with beef, Plato Del Mar (shrimp and beef), corn tortillas and Cajeta! Big portions at a great price!

Scott at the Lombardy location hands down provided me and my family with the best experience that we’ve had in a restaurant in a long time. Our food was delicious and he kept our glasses full. He checked on us and just his overall demeanor made us feel like it was about us. Thank you Scott and because of you will be back and ask specifically for you. Jackson he should be a manager in hospitality and do all the training for the new hires.Scott was so refreshing I can’t even put into words.

Apart of the Papps Restaurant chain. Came for a birthday dinner was seated quickly. Service was good and our server was attentive for the place being packed. Food is typical Tex-mex and they make homemade tortillas in house. Recommend the quesadillas and chicken enchiladas. Suggestion would be to not have the tortillas maker next to the bathrooms.
