The fish tacos were amazing . We waited a while to be seated because they were short staffed . They had plenty of available tables available but we were told by the wait staff that seating us wouldn’t be a good customer service experience since they were short staff 😵‍💫Jeff was the manager on this night . They also have several televisions for games which is why we were there but it took forever for them to change the game that we requested even though the people in front of those tvs backs were turned . They could choose better music to suit the crowd .

The service was great. The waitress suggested her favorite and popular items with little prompting. The bar looked spacious. They have wheelchair accessible tables. There was no wait to be seated. We did not get much of a refill until the end of our meal. There are plenty of tv’s showing various sporting events. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked.

The service and food were pretty good. I will return. Update: When I returned home, I realized I was charged for two tickets. Both are over $100. I am currently trying to get in touch with management to no avail. Whoever is answering the phone and hanging up and putting it to voice mail needs to be trained better. People don't want to BS around about their money. I will Update when if and when I get a return call. Update: I got a message to call Rosie Garcia, Assistant Chief Financial Officer. She was more than happy to rectify the issue. Within 20 minutes, she resolved the issue and was very apologetic.

Their tea is really good as well as their fries and their burger those fries don't come with the burger that I had that was a barbecue bacon burger with fries and then those Fries Are fries with cheese and bacon so if you come to the Omni Hotel in Downtown Dallas I recommend the owners box there is another couple of restaurants around but I would recommend that one
