Braindead Brewing

Everything about this place was great! The food was mouthwatering. The drinks were really good. They have flights available. They also have a beer and bacon pairing. The atmosphere was great. Outdoor seating was nice. Bathrooms were clean. Parking downtown can be tricky. There is a pay-to-park lot right next to the restaurant/brewery.

It was a nice vibe in Deep Ellum this afternoon. This was me and bae's first time here. The dj spinning some old school hip hop today(Sunday, Memorial Weekend) DJ Cruz taking requests. We'll what can I say besides it was great chilling on the patio and listening to music with a glass of wine. (No margaritas here, only beer and wine) We we're hungry by the time we arrived after walking the strip for a while. We ordered at the bar and then had food brought to a table outside. My husband ordered wings and I decided to try the Chipotle chicken strips blah 😒...the scenery vibes are 100 times better than the food. Looks better than it tasted. Tip: ask for the tenders/strips to be well done, I should have 😆. The Chipotle sauce they put on it needs work and just makes chicken soggy. The fries seasoning just made me 😠. Lol wanted so much of a better taste on our empty stomachs...oh the wings were dry. Hey its a bar! With bar food...But the vibes... just great!

We stopped by while in town for a hockey game. Francisco was great: very knowledgeable about the MASSIVE beer list and super friendly. The atmosphere is incredible and very inviting. This is a place for EVERYONE that's looking to grab a brew and enjoy an afternoon. The beer list is extensive so of course there are a few you won't enjoy and several that you will. This is must stop spot if you're in Dallas!!!
