Stopped by on a rainy, Sunday Christmas Eve, right after opening. Even though we had special requests the service was great and they went over and above to make our experience memorable. Thank you to all the staff working on Christmas Eve!

Oh my goodness my husband and I have been to the Arlington location many times. It was my first time going to this location. My server Nyles was amazing he took service with a smile to a new level. This tall dark and handsome young man not only made sure all our food came out hot and quickly he answered all my questions regarding my allergens and was very helpful. Will come again.

I have been to this location multiple times and it’s always a good time. Recently had some friend and family together for a birthday celebration and Nyle took amazing care of us. His drinks are unbelievably good and customer is always top tier!!

Going to Shell Shack was a great experience! It was my first time there and the manager Nigel made us feel right at home with great hospitality and service. Will definitely be making a return in the future.

I loved visiting Shell Shack! Our service was great and we liked the ambiance. Our food did come out wrong, but the manager Nigel was very quick to fix the problem and have his chefs cook us our new meals! He was also very nice and patient with us. We will definitely be coming back to eat at Shell Shack and hopefully see Nigel again!

My friend and I have marked Shell Shack as our "go to" to treat ourselves for amazing food! My favorite are the Cajun Dungeness crab. I've always received great service from the servers and the staff are always so friendly. The managers come around each table to greet the guests and make them feel welcome. Looking forward to coming back soon! Also, treat yourself to a nice green tea shot!

This is my favorite place to eat seafood in Arlington Tx. The food is ALWAYS hot and nicely prepared! They close late which gives m and my husband a place to eat great food relax and watch sports! The staff is always very friendly and the bartenders and drinks are flawless! The Managers are very always very polite and attentive to everyone who comes in the restaurant!

The service was incredible. We were taken care of by Lorenzo and Diamond. We got the mild garlic VIP boil and it was a 10/10. SO flavorful with a little kick to it. This was my first time and I was definitely impressed. Coming back again soon.

Great experience ordered the fisherman’s platter very delicious highly recommend. Thank you Amya for the great service made sure I had everything I needed and was very attentive to service. Will definitely be coming more often.
