Great food and great service! Location in the heart of west end downtown Dallas. Had the combo platter and chopped beef brisket sandwich along with a couple of shiners and a sunny margarita.
Food was hot and fresh. Drinks hit the spot. All around a great meal with Texas atmosphere .

My first time in Texas and I was told this is some of the best BBQ in Dallas. I was not disappointed! I got the sliced brisket, cheddar jalapeño sausage and the pulled pork. Would 100% recommend!

Great atmosphere in a little downtown building with some age to it. The food was good. The service was excellent. A definite stop if you're in the area.

Nice atmosphere. First time in Dallas hoping for a smash hit with BBQ but it turned out to be slightly underwhelming. The brisket was a touch dry had to liven it up with there BBQ sauce which was great same goes for the pulled pork. Sausage was fantastic love the BBQ sausage down here. Coleslaw was great but potato salad was sadly lacking in anything special. Great price though and good portions.

The frito pie was surprisingly delicious and the bread roll was a great top off for the meal great deal for their Thursday special I thoroughly enjoyed the lunch I ate here and the service was great.

I had the regular combo plate and it was the perfect amount of food for me to savor as I watched a comedy special in my hotel. I ordered takeout around 7pm on a Thursday it was relatively quiet with other takeout orders and a few tables of people enjoying the smokehouse fare. The fried okra was so tender and mouthwatering. I also ordered pulled chicken, sliced brisket and sausage. I would go back for all three as well as try other meat options.

Amazing 😍! Staff was making suggestions, checking on me and ensuring my meal was perfect and it was! BBQ was tender, delicious and every bit of what I expected!!!

Had dinner here with my friends and it was really tasty. The ribs and the brisket are great. I didn’t like the coleslaw all that much but it was nice not being too drenched in sauce. The Large combo plate is LARGE. So only order it if ya got a big appetite. (The picture is the smaller one)

The smoked turkey was exceptional!! I've never had it that good!! Ribs fell off the bone with great flavor also. The barbeque sauce is on the condiment stand make sure you grab it!!

Some of the best "Que" found in the downtown Dallas area.
The brisket is moist, flavorful and good! Not over dry as some other places. The sauce is not over powering!
Their bread is made fresh several times a day. It is slightly crispy and good.
Not overpriced! Good on a traveler's budget!
