Update: The ice cream was great and delicious. If you can afford it definitely check out this ice cream place!! ----------------------------------------------------------------- I have two orders of Gelato from Ritual that I'm trying to call you guys to ask if it can be kept in the freezer until tomorrow for me to pick it up, because I overestimated the walk and I'm going to have just come by the next day. I haven't tried the ice cream and you can't write a review without putting stars. I only wrote the review because I wasn't getting anyone to answer my phone calls. I did finally get someone and should be able to get the ice cream and try it.

Having lived in Italy for six months, I know good gelato when I taste it. This place is incredible! While visiting Dallas, my daughter and I stopped in while we were shopping. The gelato was so good we went back the next day and had it for breakfast. Highly recommend!! Wish they had a location in Memphis TN- I would love to have their gelato as often as possible!

My 2nd best place to get ice cream in Dallas. Fantastic place to get ice cream and ice cream shakes. The place is clean, staff are professional, polite and have a lot of patience in allowing you plenty of samples, as their flavors are unique. Would I go back - yes. Is there seating - yes. Clean - yes. Don’t take my word for it, check it out. Ps. My first best place for ice cream is Andy’s frozen custard ;)
