Panini Bakery & Cakes

I worked with Sydney at Panini Bakery to create a custom cake for my dear friend that’s from Alaska and asked if she could decorate a cake that looked like summer in Alaska. Not only was she lovely to work with, she NAILED it! The cake exceed my expectations, and the taste of the cake was even better!! We got their signature black velvet. Highly recommend!

My first time trying this bakery was 7/29/23. Pricing: Expensive: $90 for a 10 inch round. I bought it out of the display case and had them write happy birthday on it. Taste: The icing was too sweet. The cake was moist and had good flavor. The filling was tasty. The filling between the layers was a whipped strawberry filling that required the cake to stay in the fridge all the time. I wouldn’t buy this one again since I’m not a fan of cold cake. You have to thaw a slice out about 10 minutes prior to eating. Customer Service: The old lady was super nice. The other two ladies were not rude but they were not super friendly at all. I think the other two ladies were the owners. Would I buy again: Yes, I would just do an actual order the next time to get a different icing and filling.

Literally the best wedding cake ever. If you are cake people, you MUST have Sophie and her team create your wedding cake! We purposely ordered a larger cake than number of guests at our wedding so that we’d have leftovers, and to our surprise, our guests ATE EVERYTHING! We had a 4-tier bridal cake with white raspberry and toasted almond, and then a groom’s cake in the shape of a vintage suitcase in chocolate/chocolate mousse and they both were equally so incredibly delicious for our October 2021 wedding!! They tasted better than in our take-home tasting! We had so many guests tell us that they “usually don’t like wedding cake, but THIS ONE is SO GOOD!” We could not have been happier with our cakes and Sophie/Anna and team were so amazing to work with throughout the design process!

White chocolate raspberry cake was delicious. Would recommend again. Only feedback I would give is the writing on the cake was not professional and very high school grade. For a $55 cake, this was just marker written in... I would not recommend having them write anything on the cake if they’re going to marker it in.

I order my baby shower cake and it was the best decision I could’ve made! All my guest loved the cake, everyone was delighted with how gorgeous it looked. They went above and beyond, and exceeded my expectations! The two girls that helped me place the order were so sweet and helpful! One gave me the tip to freeze a piece of cake and I did! Trust me you’re gonna want to do the same, you can thank her later! This is the only bakery I will go to!

Thank you Panini Bakery for THE most beautiful wedding cake - So delicious & beautiful! We still get compliments from our guests on our cake. We now go to Panini for every birthday & special event.
