Genuine and friendly employees and great service. Of course, the coffee is DELICIOUS! I only wish they had a Peet's in Fort Worth (Far North).
August 2018 - I still come back here anytime I'm in Dallas and have time. It's one of the businesses I miss from where I lived in the SF Bay Area but for the past 9 years, this Peet's gives me a taste of great coffee and great memories.

Reasonably priced and great taste. They close too early, especially since they are attached to a hotel. We went this morning and enjoyed a coffee and sandwich and it was great. We tried to stop there this afternoon after our conference and it was closed so no coffee. Would recommend it

Great option for hotel stayers to have a quick easy breakfast for a lot less than the hotel restaurant charges. The yogurt fruit parfait hit the spot just right. Staff was very friendly.

The staff here is very happy and nice! Lillian's kindness and smile started my day off right. Coffee is good but line can be out the door. My total time there on a Saturday morning was 15 minutes.

Nice coffee and pastry fix. People traveling with complaints about price, must not traveling. Pete's is not priced higher than any other hotel I have stayed in, and as always there is coffee and tea in the room.
