The service was fast, there was decent parking, and my order was correct and good. The Wreck with bacon is pretty good; their bacon is thick and peppery and flavorful. The bread is good as well. The broccoli soup is good, but the potato soup not so much. Prices aren't too high.

Everybody was so helpful and nice. It was my first time here. A young man explained everything about the menu to me and some recommendations. I got the big Italian and it was BIG and delicious. I couldn't eat it all so it's lunch for tomorrow. Great place doing customer service right. I was a customer service supervisor for 15 years so I have very high standards. 5 gold stars from me. I also liked the sandwich presentation as well, you got me with my eyes and taste buds. 😋

So the Uber driver did not pay attention to pick up my entire order so when she left without giving me my chocolate shake, I contacted the store to let me them know that I never received my shake with my order. Stephanie took my call and I let her know what happened. She was happy to send a door dasher with a fresh chocolate shake and when it arrived I had an extra surprise! She then called me back to follow up to confirm I received the shake and cookies? I answered and advised that I received the shake and was very happily surprised that cookies were sent along with my shake! Thank you Stephanie for going above and beyond! That's excellent customer service!

I am a simpleton when it comes to sandwiches and I love the amount of protein I get on one here. They always are on top of it when we come in and get our online orders ready on the spot even though we place them 2 minutes ahead of the time we get there from the office. Always friendly and willing to help. This will continue to be my go to for a quick sandwich at lunch especially when time is limited.

This is hands down the best Potbelly around. Everyone who works here is fast, efficient, and friendly. I always feel welcome here.
I am pregnant and have been eating here almost every day for the past 3 weeks. They always run my meat through the oven 2 times for me and are just very accommodating.

Been coming here for years and it’s always solid. I never get anything but The Wreck. Ask for a side of Franks Hot sauce for the sandwich. Very often live music!

My wife and I visited the Potbelly Sandwich Shop on N Central Expressway around 2 in the afternoon. Free parking was available. The sandwich shop was not crowded, it was clean and well lighted. Service was fast and the prices were reasonable.

I generally am here within the last hour they are open and they are usually pleasant. Plenty of options and sitting room. This last time I went the employee asked what I wanted before the sandwich was out and said she would do it while I checked out. I was putting on a lot and I don't think she got it quite right. Would prefer the usual 'say as you go' approach when adding the toppings to the sandwiches.

Parking is the only thing keeping this review a five star. Service is quick as you'd expect, food is great and seating is generally very open. Good place to catch up with a friend, you'll just have to fight for a parking spot during the lunch hour!
