Big Bruce's Bar-b-que

I came in with a group of professional truck drivers and driving buddies. We all ordered about $20 worth of food not including sides. The people behind the counter were very courteous and helpful as well as willing to give us whatever we wanted and how we wanted it served I personally had the meat special... BBQ brisket, bbq ribs, and pulled pork with sides of mild barbecue sauce. My sides were mashed potatoes, boiled cabbage, onion and pinto bean mixture with an extra side of boiled cabbage. I also like were pieces of white onion on the side.

I visited this establishment 6/17/23 8:25pm. The WHOLE staff working this shift needs to be commended for Amazing, Outstanding & above the rest customer service (literally). They had pep in their step, greeted me and smiled a lot. It’s beyond obvious they enjoy what they do. It’s been a long time since I’ve had the service they provided. I’m sitting in my car about to drive off. I had to get this review in before I forgot. I’ll circle back to chat about the food. *1st time visitor* Their food is “Slap your mama & run good”. Better than I anticipated. The meat is seasoned perfectly and with quality ingredients. I’d literally pay $ for the Mac-n-cheese recipe. This is the best I’ve ever had. It’s clearly a seasoned recipe, married perfectly with a variety of ingredients. This recipe took thought and time to come up with. Try it and you’ll see what I mean Instant hit with me.

My teammate "Woody" and I are truck drivers for Werner and wanted some good homestyle Texas BBQ! Our Uber driver said "I got you"! He said Soulmans Bar-B-Q! He did right by us!! Hands down delicious TX BBQ!! Excellent customer service from the front to the manager David! He was such a blessing and made sure we enjoyed our food and experience!
