Bona Pizza

My husband and I pass by this place frequently and last night, we decided to stop by and order a pepperoni pizza. Going in, we told each other we’d have a slice and take the rest home. The pizza was so good we didn’t make it home, we finished it in the restaurant. The crust was absolutely excellent, the cheese was light, the sauce wasn’t heavy and the pepperoni was flavorful. It was also well priced for what we ordered. I do consider myself a bit of a pizza snob, and this place checked all of the boxes. With the layout of the restaurant it’s designed more for takeout with some bar seating. Needless to say we will be back to try their sandwiches as well.

I'd say the best pizza I've had in Dallas. I was surprised as it was not too pricey and the flavor was amazing!! The owner and the staff are really friendly too. Really enjoyed my experience here!! It's a really small place..you can eat there...some tables out front. They also do delivery as well. Go try this place...you won't regret it!!!

Bobs Pizza makes bar FAR the best Calzone known to human-kind. It’s a perfect mix of quality cheese, pepp, and ingredients. It’s pretty large portions as well. The marinara it comes with is just the absolute best, and you have to top it with their cheesecake dessert. You will NOT be disappointed with this place.

I’ve been going to Bona Pizza for a few years now. Excellent experience every time. I always get a Siciliano calzone without Italian sausage and I’ve tried a few of their salads. This is by far the best calzone in Dallas. Bona has an amazing Greek pizza as well. Bona is so good that I’m willing to drive all the way from Frisco just to get their food. It also travels well. The owner is there most of the time and is very friendly. He’s made me feel like a VIP every time I’ve been in the store. If you’re looking for someone to out pizza the hut, go to Bona, they’ve got you covered!
