Great experience! It is only open for events just FYI. However the service was great. Chelsea took her time to explain menu items and even though she was busy, she definitely did her best! Great place to go to if catching a concert or Mavs Game!

Great little place! Got here early for an event. Was well taken care of, even when it got swamped we still got taken care of. I also ordered a little off menu and they still accommodated me. So thanks guys for the great food and hospitality. We’ll be back for sure.

Very good atmosphere. Sat outside and really enjoyed our experience. The waitress was very nice and helpful, even though it was her first night working. Food came out fast and was delicious. Definitely will be back.

It was good. I am not sure they are equipped for large crowds. People wanting to eat before attending something at the American Airlines center. The food was good except for some of noodles in the Lasagna was not cooked completely through. We will try again sometime and see if it is better.

Went here to pre game before the Mavs vs Pacers game. They were short staffed but still very friendly and attentive. We had time to kill and didn't mind the wait. The spaghetti was amazing! The sauce was super delicious and the pasta was cooked perfectly. Would definitely visit again if I was in the area.

The service was great! The bartender was very observant and friendly. My only negative is that our pizza wasn’t hot or warm, it was more like lukewarm. It was pretty good but probably may face been better if it had been hot.

We had a quick bite tonight at 8:30 pm. We hadn't eaten at the restaurant in a few months. They remebered us , which made me feel appreciated. The food was flavorfull and very fresh. Greek salad is the best!

L'Italiano is one of the friendliest and most inviting restaurants. It's Service is off the charts, and the food is on another level. I would personally like to thank Jay and the rest of the staff for such a wonderful experience. If your in the downtown Dallas area or around American Airlines Arena your should definitely stop in.
