My husband and I love going to this location . The manager awesome customer service makes you feel so welcome very friendly not sure what's his name my husband and I normally goes

This place is fantastic! Gloria who is an employee there made my online order fantastic! I was going to be late picking up my order and she completely took care of everything. When I finally did pick it up she remembered that she had spoken with me and was very outgoing and customer service friendly. I usually go to an other Whataburger but I am definitely will be returning to only this location! Gloria besides being customer service friendly is very caring and king! Thank you Gloria for all your great service and kindness !!

Good food the way we ordered it, but seemed like maybe the Drive-thru server might have been new. Overall, I never had any problems at this location.

The food was good, as expected from Whataburger. The service was much better than the normal locations I've been to. They were definitely on top of everything.

My concerns, others can comment of course, but I have found the meat patty on the Whataburger has shrunk dramatically in the last few months. I have never seen the bun being this much larger than the patty. The only thing I can figure is they have been switching out the Jr. Whataburger patty with the regular one…
My patty is a min half to 3/4 inch smaller than the bun. I can’t imagine the bun company makes a larger bun on purpose

I picked up 2 Uber eats Orders on Saturday March 4th. The lady at the front counter was very nice. And she got my orders out to me as soon as they were ready.

It was magical.
I moved north where Wataburger does not exist. I enjoyed my visit more than I should have. It is the only fast food I eat (I never considered pizza fast food)
Forget “in n out burger” Wataburger is hands down better and there is no fear of getting Mayo on your burger.

The Whataburger on Samuel Blvd, has good hot food. The problem is the shake machine is down a whole lot. The service needs to be a little more faster and the employees to be more polite. I would definitely go there more often if they would fix those problems.
