Comfortable upscale atmosphere, perfect for a solo traveller to saunter up to the bar, get a stiff drink and a hearty sandwich while waiting on the next flight. Service was quick and attentive, will swing by the next time I'm at dfw

It was typical airport food. Better than chains, but would perish outside the airport. Extra star for the outstanding service. Food took a looong time coming out and we were one of three tables at the time. Killing time anyway.

Came through DFW on an early flight and stopped by Whitetail bistro because I read it was "must visit" for a sit down meal in terminal D. Reviews were spot on. Food was fantastic - especially the breakfast tacos. Jessica served us and was the best. We'll definitely come back when we're in DFW.

The duck with kale was delicious. Very buttery and succelent. And the mimosas are perfect thanks jessica!!!

Jessica is the bartender here and she is amazing!!$ the catfish sandwich is to die for and I LOVE the mimosas!!!!! I highly recommend this place! Go see Jessica!!

Okay yeah. I saw other patrons served the absolute wrong beverages too. And they were out of Dallas Blonde (beer). However, our server brought a sample of something else in case that might work. It wasn't working for us, but no offense taken. We ordered a Shiner Bock, which was fine.
Got the burger sliders and they were darn good. The bun part was fresh and nice, the meat seasoned well and tender. The fried potato chips were super good too. Our server even brought an extra plate without being asked. So for us, the experience was really good. When we return next trip we will be sure to stop back in again, but we might just have a beer someplace else. Lol!

I really enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich. My whole family had something before flying to DC. The server was kind, and I love the jam they gave with my brothers chicken fried steak. I would have that by itself if I could. The steak would need some more seasoning, since I'm a Texan lol.. Just upset I couldn't call to leave a msg, since my dad left his glasses.
